2. Concierge Booking & Cancellation Policy

Honoring Our Shared Time Because we block out dedicated, highly customized clinical time for every patient, we strictly enforce our booking and cancellation policies to ensure all of our clients receive unparalleled care.

  • Reservation Requirements: A valid credit card is required to secure all clinical consultations and treatment reservations through our secure Vagaro booking portal.

  • The 48-Hour Courtesy: If you must reschedule or cancel your aesthetic journey, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Adjustments made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or failure to arrive for your reservation, will result in a cancellation fee of $100 (or the forfeiture of your consultation fee).

3. Financial & Refund Policy

Investment in Your Aesthetic Blueprint Medical aesthetics and regenerative therapies are biological processes. We are incredibly dedicated to your results, but because every human body reacts differently to medical intervention, results cannot be guaranteed.

  • Services Rendered: All payments for clinical treatments, wellness injections, and laser modalities are strictly non-refundable once the service has been performed.

  • Pre-Purchased Packages: Unused portions of treatment packages (such as our 3-Step Laser or HRT tracks) may be applied as clinic credit toward other modalities, but are not eligible for cash refunds.

  • Skincare Products: Unopened, sealed medical-grade skincare products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for clinic credit.
